ok, I am going too start again. I have only 3 months until Caleb starts school and I would like too be at least 10-15kgs lighter. That is my goal....

Hi fellow bootcampers, I am still here. Maybe not being as serious about my diet as I should be. But I keep plugging away. I have started Chromium, and have noticed a difference with my appetite. So that is good.
Not going too post my days food intake, because its not what I should be eating. I think I am getting my periods in then next few days, and feeling really yuck
.
Will post again tomorrow with my days diet. Hope you all are going well. We really need too recommit too this and keep encouraging each other. We all CAN succeed
Hi all, well had a good day. Since stopping ttc, I have felt wonderful. I actually feel like my life is starting all over again. I am so blessed having my family.

Hi again. Well I weighed today and since I was really worried I had put on my 3kgs (6.6lbs) i have lost, cause since eater my eating has been so up and down. But I have only put on 1kgs(2.2lbs). So I am happy that it wasn't more. So next time I weigh I am hoping too see a loss of more than 1kgs. I probably won't weigh for a month at least I think. Would be happy too see 2kgs(4.4lbs) loss in that time.

Hi all, I have had a good day. Played with Caleb and looked for games on the net for kids church. Even got some housework done. Yay me. Food wise I am happy, I haven't eaten anything I shouldn't of.

Hi all. I had a good weekend, I was out for most of it and didn't cheat. I am so proud of myself, there was a couple of times I would start too walk too the fridge too eat something carby...then I stopped my self and walked away.
I know I have too drink a lot more water. Too help me feel less hungry. So that is my goal for today.

Well, probably drank too much coffee today. But I really want too keep posting and hopefully loose all my weight. I don't know why my motivation keeps going up and down. I am praying it just keeps up.

Hi all, hope everyone had a good Easter. Mine was busy but good, we did alot of visiting. I did eat a few things I shouldn't but didn't over do it. Have another busy weekend coming up. I just want too stay home.
The exercise bike is good, but I am really missing the gym at the moment. Hoping too be able to soon.

Hi all, well I have had a few bad days, got a bit down, not sure why. My eating has been more than it should, but the good news is I am going too get back bootcamping. I am going too cut my carbs a bit more for a week or so. Keep them under 30 each day. Well that is the plan and exercise everyday on my old trustee bike.

Hey Guys, I weighed yesterday I have lost a whole 1kgs(2.2lbs) in the last 2 weeks. I was hoping for at least a 2 kg. Got very down and I ate a few things I shouldn't of. But I am back today, low carbing and I figured a loss is a loss its still closer too my goal. Well I figured I really have too start exercising, it gotta help move that fat. So I did Walk Aerobics today.
I'M NOT going too weigh again until the end of week 12. I am hoping for at least another 7 kgs.
I AM going too exercise more.
